Hotel is located at at State & 26 Street. One bus on State Street, with bus stop 100m away from the hotel, takes you to the tourist attractions at Navy Pier. Virtual kitchen located about 400m away - place your order, walk over and pick up. Exceptionally convenient and cost effective. Staff was exceptional. One day, my family and I needed to get on the bus to go to the tourist attactions. The hotel could not make change for the bill that I had. So, the manager personally gave me $7 so that our family could get on the bus and we could have our money broken into smaller bills at the tourist attraction. EXCEPTIONAL service which exceeded my expectations. Upon reading the various reviews in advance of booking, I did not know what to expect. But the hotel was great. Room was large, clean and well furnished. Shower always worked. Soap and shampoo dispenser were always full. And room was cleaned daily and very well by the cleaning staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our sta.

You cannot beat the combination of location and price. The area is safe, and the hotel is a short walk from Chinatown and the most iconic CTA station in Chicago (Cermak-McCormick). This is perfect if you're having to drive into Chicago for your stay - park in one of their two spacious lots and walk/use the train to get to downtown. Don't overthink it. The train system is incredibly intuitive and safe, and you won't have to stress about Chicago traffic/parking. The rooms are clean. The sheets and towels are fresh. Met all expectations. I was excited to book this hotel because the only negative reviews were about "rude" staff, which are normally bs reviews anyways. I interacted with multiple members of staff and a security guard while checking out, and everyone was incredibly kind. 10/10 service - attentive, quick, and kind. Also, checkout is SUPER easy - just drop your keycard in the checkout box on the counter and leave!

Location was awesome, specially if you love Asian food, China town is less than a mile away. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe at this hotel at all times. I slept so good, first thing I was greeted with entering my room was the smell of clean, it was a little cold but that’s how I like it, other than that you can always turn off the AC. I had everything I needed, I enjoyed the showers and big tub. Front desk clerks were nice and helped me in anything I needed, specially this young man, he was so very kind!, and accommodating. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. There is a coffee machine in the room, coffee was good, rooms are very spacious, I had a very peaceful stay.

The two young ladies and the Gen talked that work over night are one of the reasons this hidden gem sparkles. They are kind efficient and really making you feel welcome and just overall amazing human beings. Honestly you guys could have some great work conventions in that space as buy outs and so many other things. You are sitting on best kept secret and endless possibilities in opportunities with your spaces.

The size of the room was amazing, the bathroom was also nice sized; the shower and tub was beyond what was expected. The location of the hotel was great - near South Loop area and Chinatown - public transit was across the street and the trains were easy to connect to. Great experience, we will come back for another visit.
